	The simulation was fun to do, however, a learning experience at the same time. I will utilize the 10 knowledge strategy issues when building resources for our new customer care concept. Trying to successfully simulate the operation of a business is no simple task. Based on my real life experience in managing a group of consultants, the Tango software certainly gives the player a sense of some of the real life considerations that must be made when taking on clients and managing personnel. The simulation called for awareness of all KM and HR issues that I have learned about recently in my MBA program. By developing these people and targeting clients that fit with these people you could create a sustainable business. The Tango simulation was user friendly, and easy to use. I learned how to use the software in a short period of time, and didn't need a manual to refer to. The tutorial included with the software was comprehensive enough to teach me almost everything that I needed to know about the game.
