Run three years against the computer. After each year during the simulation:
Study the Monitor
Read the advice given by the Monitor for your selected strategy
Analyse the red lights. What should you do next year to improve the situation?
Rerun until you reach the target.
Print report. Record at end of year 6 and submit per email one A4 page to the Professor: Your Market Value and rank. Relative Competitive strengths (Where are you ranked #1? On the Planning Tab, Net Equity (Under Look Up - Highlights). Your market share (under Look Up - Positions). The Monitor Index for the strategy you pursued in year 6. Your TangoNet Index: [(Market Value at year 6) * (Monitor index value)]

Compare your results this simulation with the results from the previous two simulations. What is the difference?
What did you do to achieve the change?
Which indicators in the Monitor were most helpful? Why?
Describe two factors that will improve your results in the simulation next time.
