Technical information
I get an error when I try to print reports.
Make sure that you are connected to a network with a printer.
When I start TangoNet I just see a grey screen. Nothing happens until I click the mouse.
In order for the introduction graphics to run you must have QuickTime installed. Download and install QuickTime from www.apple.com. Next time you start TangoNet you should see the introduction instead of the grey screen.
